Great-sized and immaculate room with the river view. Exceptional service and a nice pool onsite.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would book again, enjoyed the hotel. The view of the river was marvellous, as well as central location so close to the royal palace, a bus to the center and all tourist spots.

I really enjoyed being there, the place is lovely modern.

Had a very relaxing time. I came to Madrid for a holiday - everything was nice. The breakfast food was good and included tea and biscuits. I stayed in a reasonably large and absolutely spotless room with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The vibe here was quiet.

A standard twin room has basic facilities you need. It offers excellant service and incredible breakfasts. The stuff are competent and exceptionally friendly.

Everything is perfect here, had an excellent stay on a business trip. It's luxurious with amazing beds and lovely views. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from Estadio Vicente Calderon Stadium. The hotel is close to restaurants and a stadium.

The room itself was fantastic with bedrooms, of course a very comfortable bed, for instance and the breakfast was incredible and awesome.

The hotel is excellent value and in a magnificent location in madrid city center. I have stayed in the standard room on upper floors. The staff are decent, offer excellent services. As for me the food is fab, and they have variety of meals.

The location was incredible, within a close distance from Estadio Vicente Calderon Stadium. This hotel was in a very very nice area close enough to the football ground until 11.00 p.m. After the game, Cathedral / Royal Palace, and local bars.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - I could easily walk to the city center and along the urban area for my morning runs. I also appreciated being close to the stadium and having a scenic view of the river. The service was exceptional with room amenities that provided great comfort like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I enjoyed spending time on the terrace and feeling safe with the in-room safe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the leisure facilities were outstanding, including the outdoor swimming pool and fitness studio.

Highly recommend this place to all my friends.
